    Last Friday, Ma’am Georgette assigned us on the Audit department because there’s a problem on the connection of the printer using the IP Address and we need also to change the password of the NOC. Sir Joel, brought us on the Accounting department to install the Microsoft office and check the PC’s.

DAY 27, 28 & 29: Updating

     On that day I, Anne and Kelvin were assigned us in different department like Human Resources (HR), Documentation, Audit and etc. on 33rd floor to update their NOC account and to change the password and to update their VNC we also change the password of the VNC after updating their VNC and we also need to get the serial number and model of the computer. We don’t have enough time to take some picture. J

DAY 26: ENCODING

   On Monday morning, we assigned at the technical department because we have a task but we will do that tomorrow morning. First, usually we reformatted two CPU’s after that Sir Doi, assigned us in other task. We need to encode the serial Number and the Model of the terabyte then to update their Hardware Inventory.

DAY 20: Server & Router

  Last Friday, We went to the server room with Sir Tals (Cisco Administration) He explained about their server how it’s work, the differences between cables that they used. He also shared something about Cisco.
                             Server room 
   After that, Sir Tals gave us a router (different router). It is a Cisco router series 1800 to configure it. The company was not using the router and we try to reset the router. Sir Tals, asked us to try to configure and reset the router but we were necessarily to finish the task. We also search commands in the internet to reset and configure the router. He also says the term “Sige, Paglaruan niyo nalang muna yan. Kaya niyo yan :)
  We try our best to reset and configure the router but unfortunately we did not make it. It’s not easy to configure a router not like the basic Cisco that we have learned.

DAY 17: Format & Install

  On this day, Acer Specialist came in our office to change the motherboard of the computer because of warranty while the Acer Specialist is changing the motherboard of the computer he explained some basic parts of the motherboard and processor and after that Sir Joel assigned us to reformat two PC’s and assigned to install software on a new 13 PC’s.

  My second task was too repeated again all the records in "Cooperative". I assigned again and again at Mindanao Cooperative. It was indeed tiring but I feel fulfillment because I done my job! :D

DAY 16: IT Infra

    Monday to Friday, Sir Joel assigned us in IT Infrastructure with Kelvin and Rein. After that Sir Joel, discuss us the common error in the connection of the Fax machine and the Linksys. Before that we confirmed first if they have the fax machine and Linksys and if the connection of their Linksys is working after we confirmed the selected branches we guide them how to trouble shoot the connection of their Linksys and if the Linksys is working we just get the serial number of their Linksys.

  “Let’s do this. Good luck to us.” :)
      Last Friday, we were assigned in trouble shooting. I feel Nervous; I don’t know what to do because this is our first time to answer a phone call. :) This is it!! When we received the first call we did not answer yet the call because we don’t know what we should we answer. But we need to answer the calls because it is our task. While we our answering the phone calls Ma’am georgette support us what we should say and what to do.

      Last Thursday, Ma’am georgette teach us how to do the basic trouble shooting and basic problem of the caller like LDAP in Thunderbird, how to connect printer using the network Ip address, and manage credential. While Ma’am Georgette teaching us on that day many thing come out on my mind like if I didn’t solved the problem of the caller I feel so nervous about that thing and It’s look like embarrassing for me if I didn’t solve the problem  but Ma’am georgette she had  not forsaken us. :)

DAY 13: All Over

    Yesterday, Ma'am Georgette waiting for us, because we need to start all over again the "Zimbra Time". If you could remember June 25-26 our task was migrating from one e-mail to another e-mail server, unfortunately all we did was erase/lose to the server! :'( So we repeated from the start.... :(((( (Nakakapagod din!) We started form Mindanao, Since Anne need's help I helped him so that Mindanao branch is DONE! :)                     
 

    My second task was too repeated again all the records in "Cooperative". I assigned again and again at Mindanao Cooperative. It was indeed tiring but I feel fulfillment because I done my job! :D

DAY 11 & 12: Hardware Inventory

   I started my day, with a smile even thought its "PASIG DAY"! (Hassle to travel from Vito Cruz taft to Ortigas) :’(
      From Monday to Tuesday we were assigned to the technical department.  Our task was to check the Hardware Inventory System and encoded other use computer.
